Hallon is a sister operator of the mobile operator Tre and started in May 2013 with the vision to provide a simple connection every day for everyone. We’ve had a digital focus from the very beginning with a focus on selling and serving our customers via hallon.se and our apps.
In 2018, we moved our business to a completely new house next to Globen, where all of us at hallon and Tre give the best opportunities to meet and interact. Here, we spend the majority of our working week allowing us to allow up to 2 days working from home. Welcome to hallon!
Hallon IT is a team of 8 people. Together we're responsible for the entire IT infrastructure that delivers the very best possible digital experience to our customers. We accomplish this by working closely together with vendors, partners, consultants, and colleagues at Tre.
About the role
Working in hallon IT, your main focus will be on the CRM and billing system (CDRator) that serves as the heart of hallons IT systems. You will also work with all the integration points like payment gateways, warehouses, web applications, credit checks, anti-fraud systems, etc., making sure that those work optimally end-to-end. We've also developed two applications in-house (.NET) that you will maintain and develop new features to (approx. 10-20% of your time). The job day will cover things as:

To be successful in the role, we believe you have skills and experience on above mention tasks – but not necessarily all of them. Some you can learn just like continues learning is an important part of the job.
We believe that you enjoy the variety of working in a small team and getting to be into technical details, configuring, scripting, coding, documenting, and feeling comfortable working high level and with other people discussing solution designs and coordinating with external parties.
Since you will work closely with the development teams, vendors, and the business organization, you can easily get into in-depth technical details and convey the essence of the message pedagogically. Your drive and commitment to solving technical problems have made you successful in previous roles. You dare to think outside the box to test new tracks in your path to work efficiently independently.
Experience in working with CRM & Billing would come in very handy but is not a must-have.
